Inbound routes not working Fusionpbx

Hello,

I have set up an inbound route but it only works when not-found is enabled and does not route to any other destination please help so am force to use not-found in setting it up. I also realized when i add ivr it doesnt work but works with ring groups.

Your context is correct, it needs to be public for most inbound routes. Normally you would want to set the domain field to the name of the domain that the extension/ivr/ring group is in, not Global. Looking at your transfer action, I would guess your domain should be 192.168.0.71?

You should not be using not-found, it's purpose was to trigger fail2ban for unknown destinations, i.e. bogus calls.

@Adrian Fretwell I changed the not found to a log and set a destination but when testing am getting this error log([inbound routes] 404 not found when testing calls. Is it a DID issue? the log is below the attachements.

It is not matching because your destination number is +254709603000. You only appear to have inbound routes set up to match:
0800723723
254709603019
0709603019
0709603000

I assume from the +25 your are in Burundi. You could strip or match the +(plus) but I do not know what the norm is for dealing with inbound numbers in your country, especially if you are forwarding call back out again.
