Inbound Calls not Working

Hello

I have the Problem that the Incoming Calls not working, the ACL set to the carrier IP address.

ACL: 5.148.166.196/32 (I have test 5.148.166.196/28 = https://support.phonestar.ch/help/de-de/11-richtlinien-zur-netzwerkkonfiguration/5-firewall)
I have set the pxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.phonestar.ch as Domain into ACL but the same.

Outgoing calls are ok.

The Provider Allow 2 Auth Methods, Username/Password or IPAuth, I have test with Username Passwort and IPAuth.

I have make a new install but it is the same error with Can't find user [FreeSWITCH@pxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.phonestar.ch] from 5.148.166.196.

and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in its authentication credentials.
You must define a domain called 'pxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.phonestar.ch' in your directory and add a user with the id="FreeSWITCH" attribute

First things first, remove the domain name from the ACL. You rarely ever want that there. Only the CIDR IP Addresses of the providers SBCs for IP Authentication.

I don't think you want username authentication, that's what it looks like your trunk is doing with the username of 'FreeSWITCH' and the domain name of the carrier...

What does your Gateway configuration look like?

The Domain in the ACL was for testing, now only the CIDR IP Adresses from my provider into the ACL.

I don't know where the FreeSwitch user name comes from, because this user is not specified either by my provider or in the gateway of the FusionPBX.

From User: <Your Username>
From Domain: xxxxxx.phonestar.ch

I think that's why it's defaulting to 'FreeSwitch'

Outgoing, it is correct that it requires a user name and password for the SIP trunk, this registration also works without problems, otherwise the calls would not even come to the PBX.

However, even if I set the gateway without registration and on the SIP trunk with the provider on IP Auth, it shows the user FreeSwitch in the log files.
