Inbound calls (DIDs)

Hi everybody,

trying to find a bit of "logic" to e.g. DIDs in FusionPBX

To my understanding, I should be able to go to Dialplan > Destination > ADD --> Insert the DID under "destination" - > Actions --> Extension (it will route to that SPECIFIC extension)

OR

To my understanding, I should be able to go to Dialplan > Destination > ADD --> Insert the DID under "destination" - > Actions -->USER (it will route to ALL extensions under this user)


Can someone kindly correct or confirm my understanding?
