Import Extensions/Devices from CSV file

Proudly presenting an app for bulk import extensions/devices to FusionPBX.
It can create Extensions, Voicemails, Devices from imported CSV file.
Point, it's provided AS-IS
Now version for 4.2 only (4.4 version will be announced soon)

Mainly cause I'm not following Mark's guidelines on writing code. Mine is not that intuitive and verbose. But I like it more from technical side.
But will try to made a pr for fusionpbx-apps repo.

This could not have come at a better time. I am installing it now, and I'm going to attempt an import of 300 extensions and devices. I'll report back with findings!

can you give us an example csv as when i import the exported extensions it does nothing just refreshes the page
running master branch and 4.4

Actually, just simple CSV file....

Than it's something with your PHP upload setting folder. It uploads to /tmp folder, so, pls check if it can do this at all.

can you send a zip file of the 4.4 version to see if maybe im using wrong version?

Same here. All importing does is refresh the page.
