Let me know if I'm thinking this out wrong but I had a problem with a particular sip provider. They had some issues with their services and consequently some of my clients couldn't dial out or take incoming calls. It was brief but got me thinking.
Is there a way to set up a failover gateway so that if a call can't go out that it tries the next gateway? I know incoming would be an issue but at least the customer will be able to call out.
OR if there are other ways to ensure service I'm really open for suggestions.
Just to clarify what can I do if the provider has an issue, not us.
thanks
