How can we have a particular external caller be automatically forwarded to a specific ring group when they dial extension 123? For example, if specifically caller A dials extension "123," I would like caller A to be redirected to ring group 1.

The best and easiest way is to create ring group 123 with the same destinations that ring group 1 has. Another option Is to create ext 123 and enable call forwarding on it to ring group 123
