how to export a complete domain

This is related to my grandstream ticket. It looks like this one pbx may be hosed as our other pbx works as expected. What is the easiest way to completely backup and save a complete customer domain? We've built s new box and want to migrate them over.

I've had to go through this a few times now, and i always end up manually migrating the domain. I believe there is a domain backup tool but you have to be a paying fusionpbx member to get it and i'm not one so haven't been able to take advantage of this.

ok i found the documentation and ADVANCED-->APPLICATIONS does not exist on anyh of our instances. There is an APPLICATIONS menu but i am stumped.
and we are a member

Edit--i see we need the application manager first
