How to Eavesdrop call take over FusionPBX

Hello,

I can hear the conversation of two extensions through the Eavesdrop call but how can I talk while the call is in running?

I am able to transfer to another extension but no one can hear me when I talk in the ongoing call of two extensions.


While on an Eavesdrop call, everyone can hear me when I'm transferring to another extension.

While eavesdropping there are 4 dtmf options.
1- take over the call
2- whisper to extension being eavesdropped
3- change to 3 way conference
0- return to listen only

*33+ext number to listen in, then dtmf 1 will take it over from the extension you were listening to.

I'm typing *33103 (103 extension number) then I'm being asked to import a password, what password should I type here?

I typed the voice mail and extension password but it didn't work.

103 and 104 numbers were on extension calls I tried to take over the 103 extension call
 
I got the password but can only listen to the call, and when I talk the reverse pass can't hear me.
 
The passcode is set in the *33 dial plan.
Once you are listening to a call, the dtmf options listed above enable/disable who can hear you.
 
From which menu I can get DTMF options, can you share a screenshot?

I am suffering from long time to solve this problem, it would be great if you could help me
