FusionPBX can run on Windows Server from 2008 to 2022. In theory, it can also run on Windows 7 to 11, but I have never formally tested it on a non-Windows Server. There are two options when running FusionPBX: Option 1) Using IIS, which is the default web server for Windows Server; Option 2) Nginx, which works just as well. If you choose the second option, I suggest disabling IIS to avoid complications. Which option is better? The choice all depends on your comfort level with the web server. Verto and running WSS also work. FusionPBX is mostly written in PHP and Lua, which run on Windows natively without any issues. With the blessing of Mark and his team, I’m working to make this readily available to the community. Below is a screenshot of FusionPBX running with Windows 2019 Server using IIS with Verto/WSS enabled.
