Hi all...over a year and a half ago we setup this customer and it was provisioning their phones fine. We had to modify the GXP2135/2170 template and renamed it and that gets attached to each phone. Worked fine until 2 weeks or so ago. I get yanked in and now I have to try and remember what we did way back. Luckily I have a document from back then, It seems somehow the template we created disappeared off the pbx. I had some saved off configs and we put them back on the pbx with the corrrect file names. Looking at the XML i still see my changes in those.
What's happening now is the multi-purpose keys are not working. The Mode is being set to DEFAULT when the pbx has it as BLF. I did not modify any of that code in the XML originally so I am stumped why it's not pushing out the correct data.

The GS firmware version doesn't matter the customer has 1.0.11.16, I put 1.0.11.57 on mine and it does the same thing.
I've got to get back to them Monday morning so if anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears
