SOLVED Gateway/ACL Issue

I have been using Fusion/Freeswitch for a while and suddenly my gateway (twilio) is responding back with 407 proxy authentication required on outbound calls. I confirmed the signaling IP addresses are in the acl (even reloaded the acl).
On inbound calls it is even more bothersome. I see the invite and sdp messages come in on the sngrep traces but nothing ever appears in the family cli (even with Sofia global sip tracing on).
I have other gateway providers working without issue but I am a little stumped on where to look next to resolve the issue with twilio.

Have you checked your Jails in fail2ban for the Twilio IP's.

Your welcome. if it's your carrier I would advise putting in the perminant ignore list in the jail.conf file.

I had done that already but it is a really good point. The carrier had moved me to an unexpected signaling IP and I never went back and updated that IP in fail2ban. Really appreciate it.
