We provide a CTI connector for FusionPBX based callcenters.

the connectors were originally built for Cisco Callcenters and have now been adapted to FusionPBX.

We also provide a standalone CTI client for FusionPBX https://docs.expertflow.com/cloudcc/agent-interface with an embedded WebRTC softphone (so no need to install SIP clients or have a VPN connection. We'll shortly be releasing chat capabilities (Whatsapp, Viber, SMS, Facebook Messsenger) as described here: https://www.expertflow.com/chat/ (which currently work only on Cisco or standalone).
