Hi, I've created multiple levels of IVR menu, the first level works good, but whenever the IVR is redirected to another extension, it ask me the pin to access it. How can I disable and let other to directly call that extension without the pin?
Also, is it possible to do something like pressing 1688# and automatically redirect to another IVR menu? I've set the confirm key to # and IVR max confirm digits to 4, but it failed and saids invalid when I press it
