FusionPBX installed on ubuntu not listening port 5060

Hi all, I am not sure if "netstat -apnt" is the correct command to see if FusionPBX is listening port 5060. Anyway, the output in bellow seems that my FusionPBX is not listening port 5060. Is it correct? How to make FusionPBX listen 5060? Thanks!

Is freeswitch up (sudo systemctl status freeswitch) ? It should be listening on TCP 5060 and 5080.
