How can we take full backup of fusionPBX please guide me.

There should be a backup script in /etc/cron.daily if you system is a fairly recent install.

Anything in the last couple of years if installed with the FusionPBX official install script.

As mentioned by ad5ou its copied into /etc/cron.daily

The backup goes into /var/backups/fusionpbx
