FusionPBX BLF List - Integration with Skype for Business

FusionPBX supports BLF / BLF keys and it works quite well. Your post title mentions BLF List. I assume you mean an implementation as described in RFC 4662. As far as I am aware, FreeSwitch does not support RFC 4662, therefore BLF Lists cannot be implemented within FusionPBX.
It is possible to achieve using a Resource List Server. I am in the process of implementing this for my platform but it is still in the lab, my current strategy is to combine it with a mid-Registrar using OpenSIPS.

I this example Teams (and also FusionPBX) have a extension 703, and DIAL to OUTBOUND trunk.
Teams-Kamailio send it to the inbound ROUTE, I SET BLF, Caller-ID and MEDIA Bypass for audio on the trunk.
You must CHANGE it to your PBX domain. pbx000.combivoip.lan CHANGE IT.

So i can see the BLF from TEAMS extension 703 on my other phones like Yealink.
PS, for inbound to internal extensions i don't use Media bypass.
