Fusion Developer or Fusion API Document

Hello Everyone,
Can anyone help me locate the Fusion API document, Or how can we develop an API? I will pay for this development if necessary. For now, I just need to create an extension, an inbound route, outbound route, dial plan, get CDR set up follow me, and setup access number using API. Can this be done or can someone point me in the right direction
