What's the recommended way to forward or not forward calls based on CID of the incoming call?
There are three of us and currently we have three DID ringing our extensions. Each extension is using follow me to ring the other extensions and our cell phones. Everything is working fine, except when one of us is calling in. Since we are calling in from the cellphones when FusionPBX is forwarding the call it maintains the CID so the call is transferred to our cell phone's voicemail. What is the recommended way of doing this, if not Follow Me, is there another option we can use?
Is there a way to disable forwarding to our cell phone if the caller ID matches our cell phone?
