I have 2 separate FusionPBX Nodes, both updated Source Code, Schema, App Defaults and Menu Defaults.
When I try to add a Fax Server, I get the green "Add Complete" but the newly created fax server simply is not listed under the Fax Servers App.
I have noticed the entry is entered into the Dialplan Manager, and even does so multiple times if you try to add the server again.
On a clean "non-production" server I have running, also with Source Code, Schema, App Defaults and Menu Defaults, the Fax Server is added and functions as expected.
Any idea what can be done to fix this on the 2x production nodes?
