Fax not retrying on failure

faxes have stopped retrying on failure getting [ERR] switch_ivr_originate.c:2247 Parse Error!

problem because doesn't send a failure email

any help would be appriciated

teh original call gave error 49

The call dropped prematurely so should retry
I dont understand why destination out of order
it gives the same result on all failed calls no matter the result
 
Found problem
when sending test fax to Telstra Australia 1300368999 it responds with a test result that advises fax caller ID Number
should be 61 2 9xxxxxxx I removed the spaces 6129xxxxxxx and now works
