Extension update by CSV import mode

Dear friends,

I have many extensions in my FusionPBX created through CSV import.

I needed to update several extensions and when doing so through CSV import, the extensions are duplicated and not updated.

Is there any way to update instead of duplicating? It would be interesting.

FusionPBX 5.0.10
Debian 10

Export from the extension page first, select which ever fields you want to update, and make sure you export the extension UUID field as well
then edit the CSV file with updated info, and import.

The key is that Extension UUID field - that is what will make Fusion update a particular extension rather than creating a new one

Thank you so much for your answer! The original extension spreadsheet that I have does not actually contain the id and I thought the extension was the primary key. I didn't find this information cleanly in the forum and manual.

I'll test it and let you know if there's a problem.

I believe it will help other people.
