Extension Can Make calls but can't receive Calls

Hi all

I have a fusionpbx with a domain, one extension [1022] can make calls to extensions on the same domain. but can't receive calls from other
extensions on that same domain. The phone is a grandstream (Atcom phones works fine)

Can't quite figure that from that fs_cli, can you capture it using sngrep, not sure if the endpoint tried to auth challenge or something there.

I do not understand what is going on there, the phones seem to be auth challenging the pbx server.

Something on the phones is configured wrong.

Check the security settings in the phone; Accounts >> SIP Settings >> Security Settings. Check if Authenticate Incoming INVITE is turned off.
