I followed instructions on the following page to do a DSS Key as BLF to be able to monitor the other extension and at the same time be able to clicking on that BLF key to retrieve that incoming call and displays on my screen that the other extension has an incoming call.
I was able to do it manually when I logged in directly to phone, for some reason there's one line missing in fusionpbx that doesnt make this feature possible with auto provision, Can you guide me how I would do this with auto provision?
