SOLVED Email queue for voicemail is not working? How to configure smtp?

Hello everyone!
I just ask for help about email queue for voicemail, it is always failed, how to have the right configuration for Gmail smtp?
why my username and password not accepted. I am using my gmail nowadays normally.

In FusionPBX 5.1 and higher version in Default Settings there is the smtp_crypto_method. This likely needs to be enabled for GMAIL smtp to work.

There are some people that have Gmail working but it isn't the easiest email server to use for relaying. You may also need to lower the security on the Gmail relay.

Another option for relay is smtp2go if you have a static IP address for your server you can sign up for a free account there and add your server IP as allowed.

  • smtp_port: 587
  • smtp_secure: tls
  • smtp_validate_certificate: true

The problem is solved by signing up the gmail account with www.brevo.com to use their smtp instead of gmail smtp.
