Easter Closing

Will this give me the desired effect closing from Thursday 09 April 5pm opening again Tuesday 14 9am OR have I done the hour of day wrong?

That won't work. dates/times etc can't "roll over"
Day of week is 0-6 (Sunday-Saturday)
Hour/Time of day is 0-23 or 00:00-23:59 (midnight to 11pm)

You would be better off to swap the logic. to specify open hours, then default to closed.
That way, times can be 9-5, days can be monday-friday, etc

Here is an example from a business with different "open hours" each day of the week. The Alternate destination not shown is the night destination.
