e.164 Caller ID standards

Hello everyone,

I am having issue with European termination.My termination provider says that my CLI is not coming with e.164 standard & their switch drops the call.
According to this e.164 standard it looks for country code in-front of the number.
I changed fusion PBX settings to send True CLI & added my country code but provider still says that their switch does not receive country code.

Any solutions please ?
 
Just ask them what they are receiving and how they expect it to be formatted.
 
Thanks,They want it with country code,
Before it was going with only 10 digit ID with area code.
Like
1587 xxx xxxx but switch was sending 587 xxx xxxx.
I changed it to 1587 xxx xxxxcalling them tomorrow what they are receiving.
