Duplicate holiday preset when you hit save in MASTER

When I make a new time condition I can see Thanksgiving as a holiday option but when I click save it turns it into Christmas.

Just from testing if I disable the preset for Christmas and Thanksgiving THEN now I see two Columbus days.

I just duplicated this issue on another system. When I run upgrade source code I noticed I got a warning "Source code update failed" now It is doing the same thing under Time conditions on this other system. I did see the same error on the first system.

Did a clean install today and was able to reproduce this issue, nobody else seeing this?
