question, today we are register extensions for each domain using subdomain.fusionpbx.com in sip server and fill extension number and password in IP phone.

is it possible to fill the fusionpbx public IP address in IP phones SIP server and in the extension something like 1001@subdomain.fusionpbx.com or something like that?

the point is that i would like to remove the dependency of DNS server.

It probably depends on the phone. You could try putting the IP address in as a proxy server. Personally, I would stick to using DNS, its not troublesome. You could use a decent router like a MikroTik to provide DNS or set up a caching DNS server (bind) on your PBX server.

I completely agree with Adrian. You are also limiting you failover options.
