So I rolled out my BDR cluster and was getting ready to set up dynamic DNS steering and Active failover only to find out that I can't. I use DYNDNS and they got bought out by Oracle and I am not migrating to oracle.
For the phone stuff, this isn't 911 but I have a little over 400 records for security systems, cameras, NVRs, etc... and the reason I used them is that I can give every device it's own username and password which is used to update the dynamic DNS record. So if the device is compromised no other device will be impacted.
Their EOL is May 21, so if you could all recommend some nice alternatives I would love to hear about them.
