We have a 2 node BDR HA cluster (the "old way" with 2nd quadrant BDR and syncthing) that is not working properly, as the database sync broke down. We would like to dissolve it properly as we actually don't really need it.
I.e. one BDR node should become a standalone node and no longer care about replicating database and files to the other.
How do we do that properly? Especially how do we tell BDR to stop caring and how do we deinstall/unload it properly from Postgres?
