Dear All,

I have successfully created 5 destinations in a fresh installation. Now I have the following effect. The action field is not active when editing an existing destination or when adding a new one, I cannot select anything. (See screenshot).

Does anyone have any idea where I could see what's going on or what I might have misconfigured?

When you say you have created five destinations, do you mean extensions, call flows or ring groups etc.?
Are you logged in as superadmin?
Are you in the correct domain? i.e. the domain in which you created your destinations.

Hi Adrian,

thank you for your reply. All destinations was created to ring groups. Here is a inbound route that was generated by fusionpbx when I added the destination. It's still working fine. The 802 is the number of a ring group. Yes, I'm superadmin and in the correct domain.
