dial out and play recording

I have an extension that will be used to dial out and play a recording. Not sure how to set this up so that when the called party answers they get a recording. Any suggestions?

it's built into fusion it's called Call Broadcast

I am not seeing it on the Extension settings or on my available apps. Could you please provide a link or an example to reference?

"Call Broadcast" is a built in application but is usually not enabled by default. You would need to enable the permissions for the various options under group manager.
If you want the broadcast to play a message when the other end answers, you would also need to setup a dial plan or IVR and set that as the broadcast destination.
