Destination missing

I have noticed the past two days that the destination field is grayed out.Due to this i cannot set up proper inbound routes.

Any ideas?

Check your permissions. Administrator users no longer have that permission on by default.

Neither do super admins

If you default your permissions then logout and back in you will see your destinations show in the list. We mentioned this in the continuing education just after the permissions were added. Updating the permissions is part of the upgrade process.
