decrease the wait time in the email Queue

hi in 5.3 there is option to stop the wait in the mail q - to send it immediately ? it’s send after 2 minutes by default

its time out in : /etc/systemd/system/email_queue.service
55 sec by default
i change it t 5 sec - working perfect
