I like the EEP/HEP : Details page. Will you provide more details on the phone dialer in your first image? How to open the dialer?

@whut the header button with phone is opening it.

but first you need to have a directory user

also you need sofia profile configured for wss or loaded verto module with proper config

if all is ready open user settings by this button

here choose Web users and proper user to set web phone for
it will show seetings you need to set up:

• choose directory user
• choose phone lib to use (SIP.js for sofia sip and Verto for verto )
• and set proper wss url
• add stun server (optional)

so finally press the phone button and see the dialer interface - if SIP.js used there will be red/green button for register or unregister

IF YOU ARE USING SELF-SIGHNED CERTS:
open wss link in browser replacing wss to https and allow certs
