Hi All,

This is an e-mail from the client:

"We want the people who are not answering phones with the ability to log in and log out of the customer call in line.
Also, we want to be able to have customers wait on a que when someone is on the line. So if only 1 phone is active, then all the calls will be directed to that phone and if there are a number of calls coming in, they will be placed on a que, in order of call in. Then someone can also have the ability to turn there phone on to help retrieve the calls that are coming in …Does this makes sense?"

Any thoughts or guidance?

It looks like you are describing the included call center queue functionality with agents who log in and out. Applications -> Call Centers and Applications -> Call Centers -> Agents
