Customization

Hey all,

We are looking to get some customization done to our box in regards to what our customers see. Anyone know of a couple of companies out there that we can work with to accomplish this? Thanks in advance!

It would help if you specify what you want customized. Fusionpbx.com/support would be the highest level of expertise for any true custom work but any decent web developer familiar with PHP, Javascript, Postgresql, and possibly LUA should be able to help.

Most items a customer would see can already easily be changed/limited via "default settings" and "group manager permissions"

It's pretty in-depth. I went as far as I could in the default settings and group manager permissions but this is deeper than that.

There a few settings not auto populated in default settings for branding and formatting etc, but beyond that, it would require changes to the code.
Keep in mind if changes are made locally you will have conflicts with future upgrades and could end up with incompatible changes.

Another possibility is to pay for the FusionPBX API and develop your own customer side interface.

I like that API idea. Do you know how I'd go about getting that started?
