Connection To Event Stock Failed

Hey experts, idk what error is this i installed new fusionpbx and after sometime when i was about to add SIP Trunk i was facing issue, Can you please tell what is this?

If that was meant to say connection to event socket failed, it usually means that freeswitch is stopped.

but i have'nt done anything to stop freeswitch how can i restart my freeswitch again?

Thanks man that's working now but now IVR isn't working like IVR extension isn't working. My IVR is on 8000 when i dial 8000 i get "Call failed Internal server error" that's because of event stock problem? Or is there's something else? everything else is working fine

Hello DigitalDaz, I just had a new installation of fusionpbx and I have also the ''connection to event socket error'' when I click on STATUS MENU--SIP STATUS and ADVANCED MENU--MODULES, the other items on the menu have no such errors.
I cannot find much information in Fusionpbx documentation and web. Will appreciate if you can give me a clue on how to resolve this issue？

I already have system rebooted, service freeswitch restart, still no luck, feel a little exhausted, so I registered an account yesterday in this forum, hope I can get some helps, thanks.
