Hello!:)
I would like to configure a DDI which would be a numbering range.

A single trunk gateway account is provided by the provider which I have configured on fusion, but which accepts in / out calls from 10 different numbers.

Example

Principal:
01000000
Secondary:
01000001
01000002
01000003
01000004
and so on ..

Then the gateway is configured on 01000000.

The problem is that if I configure the number 01000001 in the inbound routes and call it, the call does not work.

If, on the other hand, I configure the main 01000000 as input, they all work but I have no way to differentiate them.

I would like to configure inbound for example

01000001 -> internal 101

01000002 -> internal 102

It appears that fusion does not accept anything other than the main gateway number as an entry rule.

Do you have any advice?

You're a myth!:D It worked right away on the first try!!

Thank you very much indeed, you don't know how precious your answer and your help is. I had wasted hours and hours without resolving.o_O

A thousand thanks! This way the incoming call is recognized correctly!

If I want to have that number appear on the outbound, do I just have to declare it in the extension settings? As an outgoing number

Thank you so much, you are a boss!

Yes, in the extension record, just put it in the Outbound Caller ID Number field and possibly the Emergenct caller ID number field as well.
