Cisco Spa191 provisioning

Hey All

I am trying to provision a cisco 191 ATA
i can see in the nginx log that it does get the config file
GET /app/provision/?mac=e462c48f7d10

But afterwards the ata does not register and i can no longer get to the web interface of it
i can ping it however

any ideas?
has anyone here provisioned these before

Put in the right provisioning link and it should do it!

Which Ata did you use? And did it work?

At the time, I did it with an ATA122.
I don't think the template received a lot of changes.
