Cisco SPA112 - Can't get web password to provision

I've had this issue for quite some time and can't seem to find a solution. I've hammered out my SPA112 templates for both normal voice and for T38 and both work great - I just can't seem to get the web credentials to provision.

Adding:

<Web_Login_Admin_Name>admin</Web_Login_Admin_Name>
<Web_Login_Admin_Password>1234</Web_Login_Admin_Password>
<Web_Login_Guest_Name>cisco</Web_Login_Guest_Name>
<Web_Login_Guest_Password>1234</Web_Login_Guest_Password>

to the provisioning template doesn't seem to work at all. I'm using the latest firmware.

Anybody else have this working?

I use the following doing provision with http default login is admin/admin out of the box.
