I have a customer with multiple locations. We have an inbound number that goes to a ring group at a particular location. After ringing a few times, we have a timeout destination set which sends the call to the home office (different city). we want to set the effective_caller_id_name to be the name of the location that timed out. I know I can do this using the destination manager to create a dialplan or modify the ring group that we're timing out to, but was wondering if there was a way to do it directly from the gui.

Can't you just use the in-built Caller ID Name and Caller ID Number that already exist in Ring Groups??
I previously tried that. I believe that is for external calls only. In this case we are just calling another ring group within the domain.
