CDR results does not match CDR Statistics Results

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if someone can shed light to my question regarding CDRs and CDR statistics.

CDR Generated when searched is not the same as what it shows going to Statistics.

Example: I generated a report for a single day of CDR and exported the report and it shows 391 Volume.

However, when I hit CDR Statistics it does not match the result (Volume). It now says 1116 records instead of 391.

your statistics page sums to 1,115 for the 7am-7am period in the upper section. I would try to replicate the period on cdr page in the date&time filters and try again. Hopefully they match.

Hello , I was wondering what does 7am - 7am means? Does it mean 7am 8/24 - 7am/25? Thank you for your help
