can't hear when call sip account

Could you help me solve this problem, please? I make two sip accounts. When I call in Lan no problem. but when I call from the internet I the sip account ring but when I accept I can't hear anything. thank you very much.

It is probably an issue related to NAT. You may need to do a packet capture to help diagnose. There are plenty of threads on this forum that will provide guidance.
