can't dial feature codes and local Ext'

Hi guy's,
fresh new installation on ec2.
i'm facing a problem; can't dial any destination on pbx, feature codes and extensions.
i have 2 ext' register to pbx (Grandstream phone and microsip).
acl allow all.
aws allow my public IP address.
sofia internal and exteral has set with public IP.
its important to say that i didn't change anything (context/dialplan/inbound/out bound).
any idea?
is there any more restrictions while having default settings?

i notice on log that dialplan telling extensions are in public context but that are not ture.
all extension, dialplan's etc are set to public IP address context.

mod_dialplan_xml.c:637 Processing 2101 <2101>->2103 in context public

there is any more settings to check the context?
