Cannot send a fax

I define a fax server and can receive a fax. But when I use the "new (fax)" functionality to send a fax from this server, it fails and FreeSWITCH log says:

[WARNING] mod_dptools.c:4379 Can't find user [1234567@domain_name]
[NOTICE] switch_ivr_originate.c:2999 Cannot create outgoing channel of type [user] cause: [SUBSCRIBER_ABSENT]

where '1234567' is the fax number I provided and 'domain_name' is the domain that contains the server.
Adding a user with the name as in the error message didn't fix the problem (and doesn't make sense).

What do I do wrong?

[SUBSCRIBER_ABSENT] problem gone after recreating the Outbound Route.

Hi,
I believe there is a bug inside resources/switch.php in the function outbound_route_to_bridge, i noticed that the variable bridge_array is always empty,
i changed the function with an old taken from an earlier version.
The version of fusion is 4.5.17, the fusion version where i toke the functios is 4.4.0
