cannot add extension of device without error, submit again it works but not really

when i try and create an extension i get:

when i try and create a device i get:

If i then click in the address bar and press enter i.e. to resubmit it goes through but it not 100% ok.

Please can you anyone shed light to this.?

I have fixed the second error from a system restart, the first issue is still there, any suggestions?

i have tried that via the upgrade options in the GUI, still the same im running 5.1.0 RC2

ok, scrap that, i just did another update and its now working, thank you
