Calls Not Connecting

Help guys
I noticed that when I initiate a call to one of my extensions, be it softphone or desk phone, it doesn't show on the active calls list and it also not reaching destinations of the caller.
But I can receive calls.

sngrep is a command-line tool designed for analyzing and troubleshooting SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) communications. SIP is a protocol widely used in VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) for initiating, maintaining, and terminating real-time sessions that include voice, video, and messaging applications.

It will help you confirm that the call in fact comes to the server. From there, you can determine if it's a FusionPBX issue or something else.

I want to thank you. I observed that it's a connection quality issue. I changed from UDP to TCP and it worked.
But after sometimes, I noticed it stops. Them I changed from TCP to UDP, and it works.
So, whenever it happens which is always the case, I just log out of my phone, relogin, change the connection to the next, and viola, it works.

This doesn’t seem right. It shouldn’t be doing it. What hardware or software do you use? If everything is configured correctly and you use proper hardware or app it will stay online. My first guess you may need keep alive configured but without knowing more it’s hard to tell.
