Calls not being recorded

I have a domain where all extensions are set to record all calls. On one particular extension, only some outbound calls are recorded and the only distinguishing thing I see is there is a difference in the caller name as shown in call detail records. I have attached a shot of the CDR, but briefly, in such cases where the Caller Name is identified as "Outbound Call," the call is not recorded. In those cases where the Caller Name is shown as the Display Name in devices, the call is recorded. I don't have a clue as to what is going on. Any ideas?

Let me take a look at the logs and see if it says anything. On the extension itself, record is set to all.

Digi, this is interesting...

All inbound calls are recorded...
Most outbound calls are not recorded and the call direction shows as outbound when looking at call detail records, call details
Some outbound calls are recorded. Those that are recorded show the call direction as inbound when looking at call detail records, call details

I am attached 2 small screen shots - again, the outbound call that is recorded shows as inbound!

which version of Fusion are you running? I had this issue after upgrading to 4.4 from 4.2. I had someone fix it at the time but also know the 4.4.1 update also fixes this bug

I'm already on 4.4.1. Please note that only 1 user on this domain is affected; all others work just fine.
