I have a domain where all extensions are set to record all calls. On one particular extension, only some outbound calls are recorded and the only distinguishing thing I see is there is a difference in the caller name as shown in call detail records. I have attached a shot of the CDR, but briefly, in such cases where the Caller Name is identified as "Outbound Call," the call is not recorded. In those cases where the Caller Name is shown as the Display Name in devices, the call is recorded. I don't have a clue as to what is going on. Any ideas?
