Hi Everyone,

I'm having a little bit tricky issue. I've two yealink phones one is ext 200 and other 201. I call from ext 200 to 201, talk for few seconds and hangup from 200, but call still connected on ext 201 till user manually hang-up. Samething happening when I page from 200 to 201, disconnect from 200 but still call connected on 201 till user end it manually. It's happening vice versa. I've tested with one Yealink and one Polycom but same results. PBX properly shows call has been disconnected but somehow signal is not being generated to receiver's extension. Please advise.

I need to see the complete call so A and B leg, sngrep will go into RAW mode to allow you to coppy and paste all the info out

We need to see if the hangup is being generated and then received by the other handset, Sngrep will show this

So thats the raw data i am after but you have only included a very small amount of it.

every SIP transaction that shows in the call flow, needs to be in the raw data.

Maybe it will be easier if you save a pcap file and upload it

cheers

So from looking at the log there is more than few thing here than can be addressed.

1) 1st call was from 212 to 210 with 212 hanging up - 210 did not receive or confirm the hangup packet ( or its been missed from the log)
2) 210 is registering less than every 30 sec, this is far to often and is causing unnecessary network traffic, i would set them to register between 120 and 180 sec.
3) Are you using TLS or are you just pushing to random port numbers for security? 5061 to 6580 is a random one
4) The yealink T26P was end of life in 2015, I can see its on the latest software, Do you get the same issue on a newer phone with a current firmware release?
5) you have 3 different logs here blended into 1 which is not making this any easier.

can i get 1 log of 1 call leg A and Leg B no other records

Which version of freeswitch are you using?

And are the phones behind NAT.

did we ever find solution to this problem? I have Grandstream phone it is doing same on every 4 or 5th page (Not every time)I am using UDP and phones are behind NAT, on remote site, extension 107 doesn't hang up call, stay in talk position forever, until user end the call manually. or can we add hangup timer at the end in Dial plan manager (if yes what will be the syntax?) PBX version is 4.5.30
